Sola

The period tracker that never makes you anxious. What you log stays on your phone.

Sola's today screen reading 'Ten days to your period' above a single cycle strip

One sentence. One strip. No calendar.

Open Sola and a single sentence tells you where you are today. Underneath it, one strip covers your cycle: press it, drag, and travel in time. There is no grid to fill in and no chance-of-pregnancy meter to read into.

Sola's day sheet with flow, discharge and symptom chips

Log with a tap. It saves itself.

Flow, discharge, symptoms, mood, temperature, a test. Swipe up from today, tap what happened, and it's recorded. There is no save button, because there is nothing to submit and nothing to lose by closing the app.

Late? It states the fact and stays quiet.

No cause speculation, no take-a-test nudge, no red alert. A late day is information, and Sola treats it that way: how many of your recent cycles ran this long, and when it will widen your own range. Predictions come from your history, not a population average, and when it isn't certain it says so in plain words.

Sola's reminder settings showing a deliberately vague lock screen notification

Notifications never name what they're about.

A reminder on your lock screen reads 'Something's due in a couple of days.' That's it. Anyone glancing at your phone learns nothing, and you open the app to see the detail. Every reminder is optional and off until you turn it on.

Sola's trends screen showing six cycles and the symptoms that repeat

Patterns, not scores.

Six cycles in one view, with the average and how much it actually varies. Trends surface what repeats — cramps on days one and two, a headache two days before — and never grade you out of ten or flag you as abnormal.

Nothing to hack. Nothing to sell.

There is no account to create and no server of ours to sync to, so no copy of your cycle data exists for anyone to take, subpoena or leak. iCloud backup is there if you want it, into your own private account, and it stays off until you switch it on.

Sola's export sheet offering every logged day as a plain CSV file

Stop paying? Keep reading. Export forever.

Sola is a paid app with a free trial, priced by the App Store in your own currency. Cancel and it turns read-only, never locked: everything you logged stays readable, and Export everything still hands you a plain CSV made on your phone. Your data was never the product.

Built to be read aloud.

Full VoiceOver, Dynamic Type and Reduce Motion support. The strip, the sentences and every value you log are spoken, and the layout holds at the largest text sizes.

Start tracking calmly.
